What You'll Do:

Carry out physical therapy treatment plans under the supervision of the Physical Therapist Assist residents with gait training, balance activities, transfer training, and therapeutic exercises Support rehabilitation goals focused on mobility, endurance, and functional independence Observe patient progress and communicate updates with the rehab team Maintain accurate and timely treatment documentation Why Join Greenfield at
