Description Therapy Support Specialist | Full-Time | Outpatient | Beckley, WV BODYWORKS, a H2 Health company, is hiring a full-time Therapy Support Specialist for our outpatient team in Beckley, WV. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and wants to be part of a collaborative physical therapy and occupational therapy environment. You'll help keep the clinic running smoothly while supporting patients throughout their visit, from scheduling and check-in to preparing for therapy and assisting with non-skilled activities directed by a licensed therapist. These responsibilities align with H2 Health's Therapy Support Specialist role. Your Role Create a welcoming, positive experience for patients. Support patient scheduling, intake, and front-office needs. Assist with EMR tasks, referrals, and patient records. Prepare patients and treatment areas for therapy. Assist with exercises and functional activities as directed by a licensed therapist. Keep therapy equipment and clinic spaces clean, safe, and ready. Work closely with physical therapists, occupational therapists, and clinic team members. Help the team stay organized so clinicians can focus on patient care. This is a non-skilled therapy support role and does not involve independently evaluating patients, developing treatment plans, or providing services that require professional therapy licensure.
