Role:
As a Physical Therapist Assistant at Teton Therapy, you will serve as a healthcare provider within our team. Your role will be multifaceted, engaging you in clinical care, patient education, and team collaboration. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and implementing individualized treatment plans to guide patients on their path to recovery. Your ability to adapt and innovate contributes significantly to the overall well-being of our patients and the reputation of Teton Therapy. At Teton Therapy, you will work primarily with adult patients who have orthopedic conditions, including post-surgical rehabilitation, chronic pain, and mobility challenges. Teton Therapy supports specialty niches such as pelvic health, women's health, pediatric, neuro, and many others based on your interests .
Expectations:
You can expect to manage a caseload of approximately 50-60 visits per week, ensuring personalized care and focused treatment for each patient.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for this position is someone with a passion for delivering the best patient experience possible and an interest in expanding physical therapy services beyond the clinic. We are seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant who: Thrives in building relationships with patients and promoting positive long-term outcomes. Enjoys working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and is ready to take on additional responsibilities to help our clinic grow.
Skills & Education:
Education:
Associate's Degree for Physical Therapist Assistant (adapted from the clinic's required equivalent degree). Eligible for Wyoming state certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant. Full-time availability preferred, though part-time and PRN candidates are welcome to apply. New graduates are welcome to apply.
Responsibilities:
Provide hands-on care in the clinic, treating approximately 60 visits per week. Develop strong relationships with patients to support their recovery and long-term health goals. Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure the highest quality of care for all patients. E04JI802ggdo4098a3y
