Join the Providence ExpressCare Anchorage, Alaska team as a full-time nurse practitioner or physician assistant. As a Mission based,munity focused service, the clinics provide the perfect work like balance with a 3-day week schedule. ExpressCare serves as a critical access point for theanization, supporting overflow of patients from primary care, urgent care and emergency departments. T is plenty of variety in services which demand critical thinking and clinic-based procedures, which providers interest in every day. ExpressCare serves the purpose of providing access tomunities, both in person and virtually, while also offering a more predictable day with a schedule of 30 twenty-minute appointments in a 12-hour period. Although this position offers autonomy in practice with a single provider model supported by a MA, t is a large support structure in place with a larger team connected virtually. Included in the generouspensation package is the potential for a productivity incentive. Ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in Family Practice, Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine, as well as have the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and embrace the opportunities to respond to the need of themunity as they arise.
