Job Description

Between Jackson and Montgomery (Physician/MD qualifications required) Hospitalist
  • Family Practice
  • Emergency Department in Alabama Experiencing Staffing Shortages Low Volume Emergency Department in AL is seeking a Physician to work any of the available shifts Immediate JULY needs (all shifts are 24 hrs. 6 AM-6 AM unless specified otherwise) 1-3 6
  • 6 AM
  • 7 PM 8 10 13
  • 6 AM-7 PM 15-17 19 26-27 31 ADDITIONAL
HELP IS NEEDED ON AN ONGOING BASIS!
This hospital is seeking a Board Certified | Board Eligible Physician with ER experience to work in their Emergency Dept. on a moonlighting basis. The facility is located approximately 1-1|2 hr. from Montgomery and an hour from Jackson. Avg. # of patients during a 24 hr. period
  • 11-12 | approx.
6k annual visits Trauma patients are stabilized and transferred to nearby facilities Solo physician coverage assisted with either 2 RNs or 1 RN|1 LPN X-ray, CT & Lab on-site and always staffed A remote radiologist reads all
CTs and X-rays EMR:
implemented ER has a very private physician suite that offers a bed, shower, refrigerator, etc.
