Position:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Physician Assistant (PA) or Advanced Practice Nurse Practitioner (APNP) to join our outpatient medical team specializing in orthopedic injuries and accident care. The ideal candidate is patient-centered, adaptable, and confident in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct evaluations and treatments for orthopedic injuries and accident-related conditions Collaborate with supervising physicians and interdisciplinary teams Provide urgent care services and manage acute injuries Document patient encounters accurately and timely in the EMR Participate in case management and follow-up care
Qualifications:
Current and unrestricted PA or APNP license in Arkansas Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience preferred Strong orthopedic clinical skills and/or experience in emergency or urgent care settings Spanish bilingual skills highly desirable Willingness to travel between Fort Smith and Fayetteville and as needed
Pay:
$80.00 per hour
