May serve as the primary healthcare provider, in consultation with a part-time physician, in communities with limited health care resources.

LifeQuest is an established integrated medical practice serving the East Valley, dedicated to helping patients achieve long-term health through a collaborative approach that combines medical care, chiropractic, rehabilitation, and wellness services. We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Physician Assistant to join our growing multidisciplinary team. If you're passionate about patient-centered care and enjoy treating a diverse range of wellness, injury, and rehabilitation cases, we'd love to hear from you. Responsibilities Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients in an outpatient clinical setting. Develop individualized treatment plans focused on long-term health and wellness. Educate patients on treatment options, preventive care, and healthy lifestyle choices. Perform injections and office-based procedures as appropriate. Collaborate with physicians, chiropractors, rehabilitation providers, and support staff to deliver comprehensive patient care. Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation. Provide exceptional patient service while building lasting patient relationships. Qualifications Active Arizona Physician Assistant (PA-C) license. Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Passion for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Experience in integrative, functional, or wellness-based medicine is a plus. Injection and procedural experience preferred. What We Offer Collaborative, multidisciplinary team environment. Consistent daytime schedule:
Monday, Wednesday's and Thursday 8:30am-12 & 1:30pm-6:00pm, Tuesday's 12:30pm-6:00pm and Friday's 7:30am-1:00pm . Competitive compensation based on experience.
