We're seeking a compassionate, motivated Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner who is passionate about patient care and excited to continue growing clinically alongside an experienced, collaborative team. Whether you already have procedural experience or are looking to develop new skills, we'll provide hands-on training and mentorship in our specialty. Compensation & Benefits $65-70/hour , based on experience Eligibility for a monthly performance bonus Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance 401(k) Paid Time Off and paid holidays Ongoing clinical training and professional development Monday-Friday schedule with no weekends or call responsibilities Practice Locations This position may provide care at any of our Valley locations: Scottsdale Central Phoenix Peoria Travel between clinic locations may be required based on provider and patient scheduling. What You'll Do As an Advanced Practice Provider, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional outpatient care while working closely with our physicians and clinical team.

Responsibilities include:

Conduct comprehensive new patient evaluations and follow-up visits Perform focused physical examinations and document clinical findings Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the physician Educate patients on diagnoses, treatment options, and expected outcomes Order and interpret laboratory studies, imaging, and diagnostic testing Manage post-procedure follow-up and ongoing patient care Collaborate closely with physicians, medical assistants, and administrative staff Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical protocol development Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in a fast-paced outpatient environment What We're Looking For Current Arizona Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner license Minimum two years of clinical experience preferred Experience in vascular medicine, pain management, orthopedics, interventional radiology, family medicine, urgent care, PM&R, or other outpatient specialties is a plus-but not required Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills Excellent communication and patient education abilities Compassionate bedside manner with a collaborative, team-first mindset Comfortable working with electronic medical records (eClinicalWorks experience is a plus) Why You'll Love Working Here At True Precision Medical, you'll have the opportunity to practice meaningful medicine in an environment that values collaboration, learning, and patient outcomes-not just productivity.
