Physician Assistant - Internal Medicine / Primary Care •Exceptional New Graduate Opportunity •Artisan Primary Care is a physician-led practice providing primary care services to medically complex patients in assisted living, independent living, and memory care communities throughout the Phoenix area. We are seeking exceptional new graduate Physician Assistants interested in developing strong clinical autonomy within a relationship-based, continuity-focused practice environment. Our practice emphasizes thoughtful medicine, chronic disease management, meaningful patient relationships, and the development of strong independent clinical judgment within a physician-led environment. Providers are supported by experienced MAs, scribes, and operational staff to optimize continuity of care and interdisciplinary coordination. Begin your career in Internal Medicine to build broad clinical judgment, chronic disease management skills, and long-term clinical autonomy before transitioning into narrower specialties. Our practice provides an unusually strong foundation for clinicians seeking meaningful long-term professional growth. Practice Model:
Providers work within structured, geographically localized schedules that promote continuity of care and operational efficiency. Daily schedules are organized by facility location, allowing clinicians to focus on patient care, team collaboration, and relationship-based medicine. Responsibilities:
Management of medically complex geriatric patients Chronic disease management including diabetes, CHF, COPD, hypertension, dementia, and polypharmacy Medication management and preventive care Coordination with families, specialists, hospice, home health, and facility staff Documentation, order management, and care coordination Ideal Candidate:
Strong academic and clinical foundation Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Interest in primary care and geriatric medicine Comfortable with autonomy, accountability, and relationship-driven medicine Prior MA/CNA/scribing or patient care experience strongly preferred Arizona PA license eligible within upcoming months What We Offer:
