Our practice encourages PAs to operate at the upper limit of our scope of practice. We regularly perform in-office diagnostic endoscopies, office procedures, assist with logistics / patient care / documentation in the OR, and get experience with inpatient care as well. Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Identifying short-term and long-range patient care issues that must be addressed; providing information and commentary pertinent to deliberations; recommending options and courses of action; implementing physician directives.
