Physician Assistant Orthopedics

Job Description Job Summary and Responsibilities In keeping with the Pacific Central Coast Health Centers health care philosophy, the Physician's Assistant is credentialed with advanced training in areas of primary health care for adult and pediatric patients, including, but not limited to: taking health history, performing physical examination and psycho-social assessments, management of acute and chronic medical conditions. Provides wellness care and urgent care in collaboration with physician members of health care team.

Job Requirements Minimum Qualifications:

PA State Certification. Maintain a work pace appropriate to given work-load. Make independent decisions or exercise judgment based on appropriate information. Accept and carry out responsibility for direction, control and planning. Perform complex and varied tasks.

Preferred Qualifications:

Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies 1-3 years prior PA experience •This position will support our orthopedic services at Arroyo Grande and French Hospital.
