Physician Assistant - Dermatology

An established dermatology practice in Bakersfield, CA is seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join their team. This is a full-time position. Mainly medical and some cosmetic dermatology. Experience preferred but new graduates with a dermatology rotation and that will commit to a two-three year contract will be considered.

Responsibilities:

Provide outpatient dermatology services Assess patient health through interviews and physical examinations Provide counsel and medical treatment to patients Educate patients on overall wellness and health maintenance Develop and implement patient management plans Maintain a safe and clean work environment

Qualifications:

Active CA State License or ability to obtain one 1+ years of dermatology experience preferred. New graduates with applicable rotations are welcome to apply. Ability to build rapport with patients Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills
