Physician Assistant (ENT)

We are seeking a part-time Physician Assistant with an interest in Otolaryngology to join our team and help us deliver excellent patient care in Bakersfield. Here are some duties and responsibilities: Provide high-quality care to patients. Collaborate with physicians to prescribe and give treatments. Track patient progress and adjust treatments as needed. Document and update patient records. Keep patient records accurate and up to date in our electronic medical record system. Licenses and procedures. Stay current on medical procedures, new treatments, and available medications. Always respect patient confidentiality and follow all federal and state privacy laws. We are looking for someone with the following skills: Strong communication skills with both patients and staff. Excellent attention to detail. Knowledge of diagnostic equipment and procedures Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with people of all ages and backgrounds. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills. A current California state license, DEA, and Controlled Substance Certificate. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Computer literacy and experience with EMR systems. While working, you will be supervised by one of our ENT surgeons and learn our practice and procedures. Prior ENT experience is preferred but not required.
