This role involves conducting patient assessments, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, formulating treatment plans, managing medications, and providing follow-up care. The PA plays a critical role in clinical documentation and patient education, ensuring effective communication and continuity of care. Responsibilities Conduct patient assessments to evaluate health status and symptoms Order and interpret diagnostic tests to aid in diagnosis Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physician Manage and prescribe medications as appropriate Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation Educate patients on diagnoses, treatments, and preventive care Provide follow-up care to monitor patient progress and adjust treatments Required Qualifications Entry-level experience in clinical healthcare Physician Assistant certification (PA-C) State medical license Proficient in clinical assessment and patient care Skilled in medical documentation and pharmacology knowledge Experience with diagnostic testing Strong communication skills Ability to collaborate effectively within a healthcare team Problem solving aptitude in clinical scenarios
