The Physician Assistant will provide high-quality medical care to patients, including performing physical exams, diagnosing and treating illnesses, and providing preventive care and education. The role involves collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient care, maintaining accurate medical records, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
QualificationsActive Physician Assistant License and Certification (Must be licensed in California)Active DEA licenseExperience in Primary Care, Urgent Care, and Preventive MedicineStrong clinical skills including physical exams, diagnosing and treating illnesses, conducting proceduresTreat a wide range of acute and chronic conditions in both pediatric and adult patients (0-100+)Excellent interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environmentAbility to work independently as a solo provider in dynamic clinical settingsUnderstanding of healthcare regulations and complianceEnsure compliance with HIPAA, ethical, legal, and professional standardsBasic life support (BLS) and advanced cardiovascular life support (ACLS) certificationsExperience in electronic medical records (EMR) systems is requiredMaster's degree from an accredited Physician Assistant programNon-negotiablesEnergetic, compassionate, and motivated to deliver excellent patient careConfident working independently, yet collaborative in natureAdaptable to fast-paced, evolving healthcare environmentsExperienced and self-sufficient ready to jump in and make a differenceMust be able to proficiently navigate EMR systems and technology with easeExceptional documenting/charting skills, maintaining on-time closure of all recordsNew graduates with the right clinical mindset are encouraged to apply.
