Santa Clara, CA Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physician Assistant (PA) or FNP to join a leading healthcare provider in delivering exceptional patient care. In this role, you will work alongside physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive medical services in a collaborative and supportive environment.
Schedule:
Flexible Schedule 4x10's or 8x5's.
Pay:
$180,960 - $193,440 DOE ($87 -$93 an hour)
Essential Job Functions:
Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical histories, physical exams, and diagnostic testing. Diagnose and treat common medical conditions in collaboration with supervising physicians. Order and interpret lab tests, imaging studies, and other diagnostic procedures. Develop treatment plans, prescribe medications, and monitor patient progress. Provide education to patients regarding disease prevention, wellness, and treatment options. Assist with minor medical procedures and surgeries when necessary. Document all patient interactions accurately and maintain thorough medical records. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and ethical standards. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care.
Requirements:
Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies or a related field. New Grads Accepted Urgent Care Background Preferred Current state licensure as a Physician Assistant (PA). Certification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA). Strong clinical knowledge and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care. years of experience preferred, but new grads are also welcome to apply.
