We are an independently owned hospital that serves the Grand Valley of Colorado, which is the largest metropolitan area between Denver and Salt Lake City. Western Orthopedics and Sports Medicine has been instrumental in Community Hospital's unprecedented growth and success over the last decade. Western Orthopedics and Sports Medicine serves as the exclusive Sports Medicine physicians for all four District 51 area high schools, Colorado Mesa University varsity and club sports, and the Grand Junction River Hawks minor league hockey team. Western Orthopedics and Sports Medicine is an accredited Joint Commission Orthopedic Center of Excellence for Total Joint Replacement Surgery for hip, knee, and shoulder. As this service line continues to grow, we are actively looking for an additional Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner to support multiple Orthopedic Surgeon practices on an as-needed (PRN) basis.
