Job Description Experienced Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Same-Day Care | No Call | Windsor & Fort Collins, CO Banner Health, one of the nation's largest fully integrated nonprofit health systems, is seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our established Same-Day Care team, working across two locations in Windsor and Fort Collins, Colorado. Clinic Hours:
Monday- Friday 7:00 AM
- 7:00 PM | Saturday & Sunday 8:00 AM
- 12:00 PM Average weekend coverage is approximately four shifts per month Open most holidays on a rotation Closed on Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Year's Day About the Area Windsor and Fort Collins offer an ideal mix of small-town charm, outdoor recreation and easy access to Denver. - hiking, skiing, cycling, fishing and more Highly rated schools and family-friendly neighborhoods A great local food, arts, and culture scene Easy access to Denver and Rocky Mountain National Park 300+ days of sunshine per year Qualifications Minimum 1-year urgent care, emergency medicine, or acute care experience Active or eligible Colorado FNP or PA licensure National certification required (ANCC, AANP, or NCCPA) DEA registration with prescriptive authority Active BLS certification required Experience with EMR systems preferred Ability to treat patients of all ages and thrive in a fast-paced environment, practicing autonomously or collaboratively with other providers.
