About Lumiere Laser Clinic Located in the heart of Greenwich, CT, Lumiere Laser Clinic is a premier, medical-grade aesthetic boutique. We bridge the gap between advanced medical science and luxury hospitality, specializing in high-efficacy skin transformations. Unlike high-volume, high-stress med-spas, Lumiere is a low-volume, high-touch environment. We focus on bespoke, high-ticket treatments using "gold standard" technology. We are currently seeking a highly skilled, patient-focused Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our clinical team and help establish the premier aesthetic destination in Fairfield County. The Opportunity & Compensation We believe our clinical providers should share directly in the clinic's success. We offer a highly lucrative revenue-share model designed to scale with your performance:
Base Rate:
$300 per day.Commission:
5% direct commission on every treatment you perform.Earning Potential:
Because we focus on premium modalities like Thermage FLX, performing just two Thermage treatments and two Clear + Brilliant sessions in a shift can add $300+ in commission alone—effectively doubling your daily rate. Your earning potential is uncapped. Clinical Support You will be supported by a dedicated Virtual Concierge team that handles all scheduling, intake triage, and administrative phone calls. Your sole focus will be on delivering exceptional patient care and clinical excellence. Responsibilities Perform non-invasive aesthetic procedures (focusing on advanced laser modalities and injectables) with the highest level of precision and safety. Conduct comprehensive patient consultations, medical history reviews, and skin analyses to develop bespoke, customized treatment plans. Educate patients on the science behind their treatments, expected outcomes, and exceptional pre- and post-treatment care. Maintain immaculate medical documentation in strict compliance with HIPAA and clinical standards. Manage and maintain clinical equipment ensuring proper sterilization and strict aseptic techniques. Requirements Valid and current state licensure as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) in the State of Connecticut. Minimum 1+ years of clinical experience in a medical spa, plastic surgery, or dermatology setting. Hands-on experience with premium RF & laser devices (specifically Thermage FLX, Clear + Brilliant). Experience with injectables (Botox, Sculptra, Juvéderm, etc.) to support comprehensive patient treatment plans. Strong foundational knowledge of facial anatomy, musculature, and skin health. A sophisticated, warm, and professional bedside manner that aligns with a luxury clientele.
