Join a high-functioning, collaborative team that's building a robust, stable critical care program in one of the most dynamic cities in the country. This is an opportunity to work side-by-side with top-tier MDs and APPs while delivering lifesaving care. Why You Should Apply Choose from day or night shifts (7a-7p or 7p-7a), or rotate Work in a high-acuity 20-bed ICU with strong APP-MD collaboration Be part of a 9-FTE APP team with excellent onboarding for new grads 2 APP's on days to work with 2 MD's, 1 APP at night to work with 1 MD Full benefits including malpractice insurance with tail coverage No call shifts - enjoy work|life balance with 12-hour shifts What You'll Be Doing Managing critically ill patients - Performing procedures: arterial lines, central lines, paracentesis, thoracentesis, lumbar punctures Collaborating with MDs and fellow APPs on day|night shifts About You Be able to do the job as described. ACNP or PA-C certification Comfortable with ICU procedures listed above Willing to consider new ACNP|PA-C graduates who can commit 2-3 years due to comprehensive training
