Scheduled Shift:

Monday-Friday, Days. This emergency center provides convenient access to high-quality care for a rapidly growing community. This role is ideal for nurses who thrive in fast-paced environments and are committed to patient-centered care.

Assistant Nurse Manager Job Responsibilities:

Works closely with the direct care staff during their shift to deliver quality patient care Is an expert clinical resource Facilitates the admission, transfer and discharge flow Takes a lead role in implementing changes Supports and coaches staff development Makes shift to shift patient care assignments Takes a direct patient care assignment as needed.

Assistant Nurse Manager Experience:

3-5 years Nursing Experience (required) Medical Surgical and Telemetry Experience (required) Leadership and Charge Nurse Experience (required)

Assistant Nurse Manager Education & Credential Requirements:
