We are a dedicated cognitive therapy office specializing in Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) recovery. Our mission is to provide exceptional patient care and innovative treatment plans to help our patients regain their cognitive functions and improve their quality of life.Position Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Physician Assistant to oversee the operations and patient care at our cognitive therapy office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cognitive therapy and TBI recovery, and will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of patient care and operational efficiency.Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the cognitive therapy office. Provide direct patient care, including assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans. Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. Educate patients and their families about TBI recovery and cognitive therapy. Supervise and mentor clinical staff.Qualifications:
Valid Physician Assistant license. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Commitment to providing high-quality patient care. •Spanish Speaking is a must•Benefits:
