Job Description

An established practice in the Naples, FL area is seeking a Physician Assistant to work 1:1 with a board certified, fellowship trained interventional pain management physician. This is a full-time, permanent role. Candidates with 1-2+ years of orthopedic or pain experience will be considered first. Local new graduates with an interest in the field are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities:
Full-time permanent position Clinic based role Monday-Friday schedule - five day work week No call or weekends Conduct thorough patient evaluations and assessments Diagnose conditions through physical examinations, medical imaging, and laboratory tests Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Common therapies include epidural steroid injections, facet joint injections, nerve blocks, spinal cord stimulation, etc.
Qualifications:
Florida State License Knowledge of pain management, treatments and terminology Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively Proficient in using electronic medical record (EMR) systems
