A Physician Assistant provides medical care to patients, under the supervision of a physician or surgeon. Works in all areas and specialties of medicine, and is licensed to practice medicine but has less formal certification than a physician. Performs duties delegated by a physician such as recording patient medical histories, ordering diagnostic tests, or giving immunizations. May serve as the primary healthcare provider, in consultation with a part-time physician, in communities with limited health care resources.

Opportunity Highlights/Qualified Candidates:
Staffing model of 8 Anesthesiologists and 23 CAAs covering 12 Sites of service plus 3 APPs dedicated to covering OB overnight. Diverse mix of cases including General Surgery, Cardiac, Ortho, Endo, GYN, vascular, OB, and EP, Spine, etc. Flexible s chedule 40 hours/week. Offering 8s, 10s, 12s, 13s and 16s. Additional compensation for Beeper call 7p-7a shift split equitably amongst team members. Physician in-house overnight.
