Physician Assistant (PA) - Urogynecology / Women's Health Full-Time | Ocala, FL Florida Women's Health is seeking a motivated and compassionate Physician Assistant (PA) to join our growing urogynecology and women's health practice. Urogynecology focuses on the evaluation and treatment of pelvic floor disorders , including urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, bladder conditions, and complex gynecologic concerns. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with experienced physicians while providing meaningful, long-term care to women.
Position Overview:
The PA will work collaboratively with our physicians to evaluate, treat, and manage patients with urogynecologic and general gynecologic conditions in both the clinic and procedural setting. This is an excellent opportunity for a PA interested in women's health, procedural medicine, and continuity of care.
Responsibilities Include:
Performing patient evaluations, follow-up visits, and ongoing management of urogynecologic conditions Managing urinary incontinence, pelvic pain, prolapse, and related disorders Assisting with in-office procedures and pre-/post-operative care Reviewing diagnostics, imaging, and lab results Providing patient education and counseling Collaborating closely with physicians and clinical staff Documenting visits accurately and efficiently in the

Certified Physician Assistant (PA-C) Active Florida license (or ability to obtain) Interest or experience in urogynecology, women's health Strong communication and patient-care skills Ability to work in a collaborative, team-based environment
