Responsibilities Conduct thorough physical examinations and patient assessments to determine health status and medical needs. Manage acute and chronic conditions through evidence-based treatment plans Perform diagnostic evaluations utilizing EMR (Electronic Medical Record) systems like Epic, Cerner, or eClinicalWorks to document findings accurately. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations by managing sensitive medical records and data collection responsibly. Contribute to discharge planning, post-acute care coordination, and hospice & palliative medicine services for comprehensive patient support. Skills Proficiency with EMR systems such as Epic, Cerner, or eClinicalWorks for documentation and data management. Strong knowledge of medical terminology, physiology, anatomy, ICD coding (ICD-9/10), CPT coding, and diagnostic evaluation techniques. Skilled in performing physical examinations

$90,000.00 - $135,563.64 per year
