Physician Assistant (PA-C) - Dermatology & Aesthetics 360 Dermatology | Spring Hill, FL Our Dermatology practice is seeking an experienced, motivated, and patient-focused Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join our growing practice at our Spring Hill, Florida location. We are looking for a provider who is clinically strong, compassionate, professional, and enjoys building relationships with patients while providing high-quality care in medical dermatology, surgical dermatology, and aesthetics . About the Position This is a full-time clinical position focused on general medical dermatology, surgical dermatology, and aesthetic services . The ideal candidate will have at least 1-2 years of dermatology experience and be comfortable evaluating and treating a broad range of dermatologic conditions and performing common dermatologic procedures, including surgical excisions . Aesthetics experience is a strong plus. Candidates who have experience with cosmetic procedures or who have a strong interest in learning and developing their skills in aesthetics are encouraged to apply. Our providers work in a collaborative environment with experienced colleagues under physician supervision, along with excellent medical assistants and scribes who help support the clinical team. Medical & Surgical Dermatology Responsibilities Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a broad range of dermatologic conditions Perform comprehensive skin examinations Diagnose and manage skin cancers and precancerous lesions Perform dermatologic procedures including: Biopsies Cryotherapy ED&C Surgical excisions Other dermatologic procedures within the provider's scope of practice Develop and manage individualized treatment plans Prescribe medications and provide appropriate patient education Recognize suspicious lesions and appropriately coordinate treatment or referral Identify patients who may require Mohs surgery or other specialized treatment Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR Provide excellent patient communication and follow-up Work collaboratively with physicians, medical assistants, scribes, and front-office staff Maintain a high standard of patient care, professionalism, and efficiency Cosmetic & Aesthetic Opportunities 360 Dermatology offers a variety of cosmetic and aesthetic services , giving our providers the opportunity to expand their skills and incorporate aesthetics into their practice.
