This role requires a highly skilled clinician with strong operative experience and the ability to perform in a fast-paced surgical environment. Key Responsibilities Assist in cardiovascular and cardiothoracic surgical procedures Provide pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative patient care Participate in on-call coverage, including weeknights and periodic weekends Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient outcomes INDITP Required Skills & Qualifications Certified Physician Assistant (PA-C) Active Florida medical license required Proven cardiovascular surgical experience Strong proficiency assisting in the operating room (OR) Hands-on expertise in endovascular vein harvesting Ability to manage complex surgical cases in an inpatient setting Board certification required (aligned with specialty) Strong clinical judgment and communication skills Additional Requirements Must be able to commit to full-time coverage for the entire assignment period Comfortable handling call responsibilities Experience with EMR systems
