Overview Advanced Practice Provider - Vascular Surgery Inpatient Surgical (Non-OR) - Piedmont Heart Institute Piedmont Heart Institute is recruiting for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join the Vascular Surgery service line team working at our Atlanta campus. This is full-time position, four days a week that includes some weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities Key Responsibilities:
Daily rounds and assist in management of pre and post-operative patients Evaluate consults, post-operative and preoperative patients in the outpatient clinic and inpatient hospital setting Applies specialized skills and knowledge related to the care of patients in the both ICU and acute care settings Participates in clinic at leas once a week Contributes to excellence in patient care, research, teaching, consulting and provides leadership to the organization Piedmont Benefits include: Competitive compensation and benefits package Generous CME allowance 401k with match
Quality, Service and Reputation Qualifications Minimum Requirements:
Masters, Bachelor's Degree from an Accredited PA program and National Board Certification -or- Licensed as a Nurse and approved to practice as a NP by State of Georgia with an
