We currently serve the Hispanic community and are dedicated to bringing healthcare to an underserved area of Georgia. This is a part time position or full time position The PA will: Diagnose and treat acute and/or chronic conditions in an out-patient setting under the direction of a physician. Obtain complete histories and perform pertinent physical exams with assessment of normal and abnormal findings. Perform physical examinations and specialized procedures under the direction of a physician. Perform or request and interpret medical diagnostics tests as needed. Prescribe and/ or administer treatment, therapy, medication, vaccination, and other specialized medical care to treat or prevent illness and injury. Provide patient education in their chronic conditions. Perform certain medical procedures within the NP/PA scope of practice. Use EHR to chart progress notes.

Qualifications:

Current RN, NP or PA licensure and certification in the State of Georgia Certifications must be by a nationally accredited organization. Bilingual - Ability to fluently read, write, and speak in Spanish is preferred. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for healthcare providers.
