Job Description

North Idaho Urology is seeking a motivated Physician Assistant to join our growing urology team. We offer a collaborative, patient-centered practice with a strong mix of clinic-based care and hands-on surgical experience. New graduates are welcome to apply, we provide structured onboarding and mentorship to help you build confidence and skill in the urology specialty. What You'll Do Evaluate and manage patients in clinic, including new patient workups, follow-ups, and chronic disease management (BPH, stones, incontinence, prostate health, etc.) Assist in the operating room alongside our urologists for a variety of surgical procedures Perform office-based procedures as training and credentialing allow Order and interpret diagnostic tests; develop treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians Document thoroughly and accurately in the EMR Educate patients on diagnoses, procedures, and post-operative care Collaborate closely with physicians and nursing staff to ensure high-quality, coordinated care. What We're Looking For Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program Current or eligible Washington/Idaho PA licensure (or willingness to obtain) NCCPA certification (or board-eligible) New grads encouraged to apply — prior urology or surgical experience is a plus but not required Strong communication skills and comfort working in both clinic and OR settings Detail-oriented, adaptable, and eager to learn a specialty practice What We Offer Competitive salary: $110,000-$147,000/year based on experience Comprehensive benefits package (health/dental/vision, PTO, retirement plan) CME allowance and support for ongoing training/certification Hands-on surgical mentorship and a clear path for skill development A supportive, team-oriented practice culture How to Apply Interested candidates should submit a resume and cover letter through Indeed. $112,957.48 - $156,034.81 per year
