OVERVIEW

OSF HealthCare is seeking a dedicated Advanced Practice Nurse to join our well-established, growing, high-volume Urology practice. This role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative and supportive environment alongside an existing team of 3 APPs and 2 Physicians, providing high-quality care for patients with a broad range of general urologic conditions.

POSITION HIGHLIGHTS

Primarily outpatient adult urology care with a mix of inpatient responsibilities. Exposure to a broad range of general urology cases. Work alongside experienced physicians, APPs, and support staff.

Shared call rotation:

1 in 6 weekends and holiday coverage as part of the schedule. Collaborative and team-oriented environment that ensures balanced workload.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide inpatient and outpatient evaluation, diagnosis, and management of patients with urologic conditions. Conduct patient assessments, perform procedures as appropriate, and develop treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians. Participate in weekend and holiday rotation. Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care while contributing to a team-based approach.

This is a salaried position. Range shown should be used as an estimate and can be impacted by many factors including but not limited to the critical need of the position, overall experience and qualifications, community need, and other considerations. Additional compensation components may be applicable such as bonuses or incentives which may or may not be based on metric achievement. Providers with previous Urology experience are eligible for a $10,000 Sign On Bonus with a 2-year commitment.
