Evansville and Princeton, IndianaPosition Highlights:
Monday through Friday scheduleNo nights or weekendsSkilled nursing and long-term care settingRound-and-go model with strong work-life balanceHigh level of autonomy with administrative supportOngoing training and clinical support resources
Responsibilities:
Provide psychiatric care to residents in SNF and long-term care settingsDiagnose and manage mental health conditionsDevelop and implement treatment plansProvide follow-up care and continuity of careCollaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
Qualifications:
Licensed PMHNP or Psychiatric Physician Assistant in IndianaAbility to practice and bill independentlyDEA license preferredExperience in geriatric or post-acute psychiatry preferred
Compensation & Benefits:
Estimated compensation $143,542 to $170,250 annuallyUncapped productivity income potentialComprehensive clinical and administrative supportContinuing education and training resources
