Job Description
About Us Family Urgent Care is a multi-location urgent care and primary care group serving Northwest Indiana communities. We provide high-quality, accessible care and are looking for experienced clinicians to join our team on a short-term basis. Responsibilities Evaluate and treat patients presenting with acute/urgent care complaints Order and interpret diagnostic tests (labs, X-rays) Document encounters accurately in EMR Collaborate with supervising physician as applicable Requirements Active Indiana PA-C or NP license Minimum 1-2 years urgent care, primary care, or emergency medicine experience preferred DEA registration preferred Ability to work independently in a fast-paced clinic environment
