Full-Time | Immediate Opening GameDay Men's Health is seeking an experienced, motivated Physician Assistant to join our growing Overland Park clinic. This is an excellent opportunity for an NP looking for a consistent Monday-Friday schedule with no nights and no weekends while developing expertise in the rapidly growing field of men's health. GameDay Men's Health specializes in testosterone replacement therapy (TRT), erectile dysfunction treatment, weight management, and regenerative therapies. Our modern clinic features an on-site lab and is designed to provide patients with efficient, personalized care in a comfortable environment. What You'll Do As our Physician Assistant, you will be a key clinical leader within the practice, working closely with our Medical Assistant, administrative team, and Medical Director.Responsibilities include:
Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients receiving testosterone replacement therapy Develop and manage individualized patient treatment plans Review laboratory results and adjust treatment plans as clinically appropriate Provide ongoing patient education and continuity of care Evaluate and treat patients for erectile dysfunction Provide or oversee treatments including Trimix, shockwave therapy, and PRP/P-Shot procedures Administer intramuscular and PRP injections Conduct comprehensive patient consultations Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation Work collaboratively with the clinic team to deliver an exceptional patient experience Help maintain patient census and clinic growth goals Maintain compliance with federal, state, local, and professional requirements Provide clinical leadership and help create a positive, accountable team environment Qualifications Licensed Physician Assistant in good standing 2+ years of Physician Assistant experience preferred Active DEA registration Active Controlled Substance Registration as required Experience in men's health, hormone replacement therapy, urology, endocrinology, primary care, or a related field is preferred TRT and erectile dysfunction treatment experience is a major plus Strong communication and patient education skills Confident, professional, and team-oriented Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a Medical Director and clinic team Desire to grow professionally and become an important part of a growing practice Compensation & Benefits $105,000- $124,000 per year Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
