Job Description
Our rural primary care clinic is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physician Assistant (PA) to join our team. The PA will provide outpatient primary care services, support chronic disease management, and assist with patient education in a small, community‑focused setting. This position requires strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with the supervising physician. Responsibilities Provide outpatient primary care services to patients of all ages Conduct physical exams, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans Order and interpret diagnostic tests Manage chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, COPD, and heart disease Provide patient education and preventive care Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EHR Collaborate with supervising physician as required by Kentucky regulations
