Job Description

SUMMARY The Centers for Advanced Orthopaedics, OrthoMaryland is seeking a full-time office-based PA-C to join our team. Part-time and PRN are needed also for our busy growing practice, with new location. The position will encompass urgent orthopaedic care for acute and chronic conditions in our orthopaedic walk-in practice open 7 days per week, in our 6 locations, including evenings and weekends. The PA-C will work incident-to a supervising physician as well as independently as permitted by licensure. Flexible schedule is available. Candidate preferred to have 2 years of Orthopaedic, Emergency, or Urgent care experience.
DUTIES:
Patient care will include: Evaluation and management of general orthopaedic conditions. Procedural care such as joint injections and aspirations, fracture treatment, laceration repair, etc.
EDUCATION/LICENSURE
BA or BS degree in related field Certification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants
