Save Description Northern Light Mercy Hospital is seeking a full time BC/BE Total Joint Orthopedic Surgeon to join its established, successful Orthopedic practice in Falmouth and Portland, Maine. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative, patient-centered team in one of New England's most desirable coastal communities. Both experienced physicians and new graduates are encouraged to apply! Schedule Highlights 2 days in the OR and 3 days in the clinic each week, with the flexibility to increase OR time as patient demand grows.
Shared 1:4 call rotation.
328 hours of annual PTO and additional Paid Parental Time for new parents. Practice in a Thriving, Well-Supported Environment Work alongside 3 other accomplished orthopedic surgeons in a department committed to maintaining high standards of surgical care.
Benefit from the support of an experienced PA team, with PAs assigned to individual surgeons and serving as first assist in the OR.
Practice in a community-based, clinician-led setting with full access to the resources and protections of an integrated system.
