Livevital Physical Therapy and Performance Join a Clinic Where Rehabilitation Meets Performance Livevital Physical Therapy and Performance is seeking an enthusiastic and patient-centered Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our outpatient orthopedic practice located within a fully equipped fitness and training facility. This unique setting allows patients to progress seamlessly from rehabilitation to fitness and performance, while providing clinicians with access to a wide range of exercise and training equipment. We are looking for a PTA who is passionate about helping patients achieve their goals, enjoys working in an active environment, and values teamwork and professional growth. Responsibilities Implement treatment plans established by the supervising Physical Therapist. Guide patients through therapeutic exercise, functional training, and rehabilitation programs. Assist patients recovering from orthopedic injuries, surgeries, and musculoskeletal conditions. Monitor patient progress and communicate findings to the supervising Physical Therapist. Provide patient education on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and healthy movement strategies. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with clinic, state, and federal requirements. Ensure a safe, clean, and positive treatment environment. Collaborate with Physical Therapists, fitness professionals, and support staff to deliver exceptional patient care.
QualificationsRequired:
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program. Current state PTA license or eligibility for licensure. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to motivate and engage patients throughout their rehabilitation journey. Ability to multitask and perform in a busy environment.
Preferred:
Experience in outpatient orthopedics, sports medicine, or fitness-based rehabilitation. Knowledge of therapeutic exercise progression and functional movement training.
