This flexible PRN role will support both clinic and ambulatory surgery center (ASC) operations, providing high-quality orthopaedic care in a collaborative, patient-focused environment. This position does not include hospital coverage responsibilities. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant looking for flexibility while remaining engaged in orthopaedic patient care alongside a highly respected team of physicians and clinical staff.

What We're Looking For:
Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program. Current Maine license (or eligibility) and national certification (NCCPA or NP board certification). BLS certification required; DEA registration preferred. Prior orthopaedic, sports medicine, urgent care, or surgical experience preferred. Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment. Flexible and adaptable approach to supporting varying clinic and ASC needs.
