As a Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant, you will be responsible for:
Clinical Practice:
Deliver safe and systemic care for a specified patient population under MD supervision. Exercise independent judgment in assessment, diagnosis, and initiation of medical processes within NP or PA scope of practice. Demonstrate specialized knowledge in urgent care, pharmacology, and education.
Teamwork:
Communicate efficiently and collaborate with diverse clinical teams. Cultivate a coordinated approach to achieve efficient patient outcomes. Show respect and understanding for fellow team members.
Quality/Best Practice:
Apply standards, guidelines, and protocols for care delivery. Continuously incorporate data and information to improve care and enhance outcomes. Commit to maintaining high practice standards for outstanding results. Required Qualifications Progressive clinical experience. Master's degree in advanced practice nursing or Physician Assistant studies. Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a Master's or Doctorate Degree as an Advanced Practice or Graduate of an accredited school of Physician Assistant studies with a Master's or Doctorate Degree. Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner license from MN Board of Nursing. Physician Assistant studies certification. Clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in a Primary Care or Urgent Care setting preferred. Preferred Qualifications Doctorate degree in advanced practice nursing or Physician Assistant studies. Compensation Disclaimer The posted pay range is for a 40-hour workweek (1.0 FTE). The actual rate of pay offered within this range may depend on several factors, such as FTE, skills, knowledge, relevant education, experience, and market conditions.
