Hematology/Oncology Physician Assistant - New Ulm, MN Why Apply? What You'll Do:
Support outpatient hematology and oncology care for a diverse patient population of all ages Collaborate with hematologists/oncologists, infusion teams, nurse navigators, and support services Manage patients with solid tumors and hematologic malignancies, including chemotherapy and immunotherapy treatments Monitor patient safety during therapy and provide supportive care services Document and coordinate care using
EPIC EMR
in a multidisciplinary team environment Assist with patient education and care coordination to promote positive outcomes Support a team-oriented approach in a hospital setting with inpatient collaboration as needed
What You Need:
Minnesota license as a Physician Assistant (PA) or Advanced Practice Provider (APP) Prior hematology/oncology experience preferred but not required Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team Strong communication and organizational skills Knowledge of
EPIC EMR
