Locum Tenens Opportunity:
Anesthesiologist Assistant Near Blue Eye, MO We are currently seeking a skilled Anesthesiologist Assistant for a locum tenens position near Blue Eye, MO. This role is ideal for an allied health professional looking to provide essential anesthesia support in an inpatient setting. The position is available immediately and will continue on an ongoing basis.

Inpatient Key Responsibilities:
Role:
Provide anesthesia support under medical direction from a supervising Anesthesiologist. Manage anesthesia care in a high-quality, patient-centered environment. Adhere to best practices and protocols in anesthesia care.
Schedule:
Full-time availability is required. Shifts are Monday through Friday, with options for 10-hour or 12-hour shifts.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Licensing and Certification:
Must be eligible for licensure in Missouri. Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Life Support (ABLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications are not required. ACLS and ATLS certifications are also not required.
Experience:
Experience in anesthesia care is preferred. Comfortable working in an inpatient setting. Familiarity with EMR systems, specifically Epic, is advantageous.
Additional Information:
Hospital is stroke certified, ensuring a high standard of care. No call responsibilities; scheduled hours only. Temporary privileges are not available; standard credentialing timeframe is approximately 90 days.
