The Department of Psychiatry has an exciting opportunity for full-time, licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing Psychiatry team. The Department of Psychiatry at the University of Missouri is dedicated to the treatment of patients, education of learners and research into mental illness. The department provides a full array of services including inpatient care at the University of Missouri Psychiatric Hospital (MUPC), 24/7 emergency and hospital consultative services and outpatient adult and child clinics.

//medicine.missouri.edu/departments/psychiatry/. This position will hold a title of Nurse Practitioner Specialty Care II or Physician Assistant Specialty Care II. Shift Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Minimum Qualifications Physicians Assistant (PA) licensure by the Missouri State Board of Registration for the Healing Arts.
Preferred Qualifications Education:
Graduation from a certified NP/PA program and Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant licensure in the state of
Missouri Credentials:
AP/MHNP, F/MHNP, CAQ-Psychiatry, PA-C, strong background in mental/behavioral health.
Years of Experience:
At Least 2 years or a completion of a Psychiatry PA/NP Fellowship is preferred
Anticipated Hiring Range Salary Range:
$100,000 - $120,000 annually
