NP/PA will enter into and maintain a supervision agreement with a physician licensed to practice medicine in the State of Missouri. Under such agreement, the physician delegates to the NP/PA authority to deliver health care services and treatments, and to prescribe drugs, medications, devices or therapies which are specific to those clinical conditions treated by the supervising physician.
