09/05/2026 Job Description Job Description Primary Care Physician Assistant or Family Nurse Practitioner - Goldsboro, NC We are looking for a full time physician assistant or family nurse practitioner that has the desire to establish relationships required for ideal primary care. We prioritize work/life balance with a 36 hour work week three weeks a month and 32 hours one week every month. We have been phasing out pediatrics for 12 years so the majority of our patients are adults. This opportunity is outpatient only and does not include evening or weekend hours. Call is phone call only and usually only a few weekends per year. Goldsboro is located on Route 70 East of Raleigh. We are equal distances from Raleigh and the Atlantic Coast. The physician is on site 95% of the time so this is a great opportunity for new graduates.Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive primary care to patients Conduct routine health maintenance visits, physical exams, and preventive screenings Manage chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, and heart disease Diagnose and treat common acute illnesses within the scope of primary care Collaborate closely with physician and nursing staffQualifications:
Currently Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in North Carolina (or eligible) Graduate of an accredited NP or PA program Previous primary care experience preferred but not required.What We Offer:
