Get out of the WINTER Doldrums AHEAD of time! Book your Winter in North Carolina! We are seeking an experienced Cardiothoracic Physician Assistant (PA) for a 4-month locum tenens assignment supporting an Advanced Heart Failure and Cardiothoracic Surgery service in Winston-Salem, NC. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled PA with strong first-assist and endoscopic vein harvesting experience to join a high-acuity, collaborative surgical team.

Practice & Patient Volume Department:

Advanced Heart Failure Patient Population:

Adults Inpatient Volume:

15-25 patients

CABG Volume:

5-8 cases per week

Robotic Thoracic/Chest Cases:

4-6 cases per week

Support Staff:

Dedicated office PA and 2

RNs EMR:

EPIC — experience required Clinical Responsibilities The selected PA will provide comprehensive cardiothoracic surgical support, including: First assisting in CABG procedures Performing endoscopic vein harvesting — required First assisting in robotic thoracic/chest procedures

Schedule & Call Monday-Friday:

7:00 AM-3:00

PM Call:

1:4 Required Qualifications Master's Degree in Physician Assistant Studies Active North Carolina PA license DEA registration EPIC experience required 1099 Compensation and Travel Covered for you!! Ready for outstanding winter locum gig? Submit CV today for immediate consideration.
