Job Description The inpatient physician assistant or nurse practitioner will function as an independent provider with Cardiac surgeon oversight in the CVICU managing post operative cardiac surgery patients. Join a passionate and experienced group of APPs in beautiful Buffalo, NY assisting 5 cardiac surgeons in a large community cardiac surgery program. This is a great opportunity to work with established and highly respected cardiac surgeons. Work with a group of highly experienced CVICU RNs committed to quality patient care. Education And Experience Graduate of accredited program with Current NYS Physician Assistant Licensure and Active Board Certification, Active DEA license or ability to apply for such license prior to or upon hire. CPR certification and advanced life support certifications if relevant to practice area (ACLS, PALS, NRP) required.
