Overview Bassett Healthcare Network , a progressive, academic health system in Central New York and a major teaching affiliate of Columbia University Vagelos College of Physicians and Surgeons, is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the Department of Surgery•Division of Surgical Oncology.
Salary Range:
$135,000•$155,000
Sign-on Bonus:
up to $50,000

Cooperstown, NY Job Description & Responsibilities Join an established General Surgery group of 10 Surgeons and 6 Advanced Practice Clinicians Practice within Bassett Healthcare Network, an integrated system delivering care across an 8-county region This individual will fill an integral role with the operative team as first assistant to Oncologic surgeons including Robotic surgeons Responsibilities may also include clinic and hospital coverage (rounding, admitting and consulting) as needed Previous surgical experience preferred however new grads are encouraged to apply Requirements Job Qualifications National Certification as a Physician Assistant•

Licensure BLS Certification DEA Required Benefits Compensation Salary Range:
$135,000•$155,000 This compensation range represents Bassett Healthcare's good faith belief of the compensation range at the time of this posting or advertisement. Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.
