Established Patient Base Total Compensation:
$500k-$700k We are seeking a skilled and motivated Orthopedic Spine Surgeon to join a growing multidisciplinary musculoskeletal and spine care organization serving patients throughout the New York metropolitan area. This opportunity is ideal for a surgeon who wants immediate access to a strong referral network, a robust clinical support team, and the resources necessary to focus on delivering exceptional patient outcomes rather than building a practice from the ground up. Position Highlights No hospital call responsibilities No weekend coverage Established referral sources and consistent patient volume Collaborative environment with physicians, advanced practice providers, and rehabilitation professionals Opportunity to perform both minimally invasive and complex spine procedures Multi-site practice infrastructure with administrative support Ability to build a busy surgical practice quickly Clinical Responsibilities Evaluate and treat a broad range of spinal disorders affecting the cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine. Develop individualized treatment plans utilizing both surgical and non-surgical approaches. Perform minimally invasive spine procedures as well as open spinal surgeries when clinically indicated. Manage conditions including spinal stenosis, disc herniation, degenerative spine disease, radiculopathy, scoliosis, spondylolisthesis, myelopathy, and spinal instability. Collaborate closely with interventional pain specialists, physiatrists, primary care providers, and advanced practice clinicians. Participate in outpatient consultations, follow-up visits, and surgical planning. Educate patients and families regarding diagnosis, treatment options, and postoperative recovery. Qualifications MD or DO degree. Completion of an accredited Orthopedic Surgery residency. Fellowship training in Spine Surgery. Board Certified or Board Eligible through the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery. Active New York medical license or ability to obtain licensure. Experience with minimally invasive spine techniques. Interest in complex spinal reconstruction and deformity correction. Strong commitment to patient-centered care and multidisciplinary collaboration.
